I'm not in Singapore, can I still order?

Absolutely! Although AEZOOM is physically located only in Singapore, we offer worldwide delivery for our bicycles and products:

What is the maximum weight capacity of your bikes?

How do I fold, unfold, or operate my bike correctly?

No worries, we’ve got you covered! Every bike comes with a clear step-by-step user guide to show you exactly how to fold, unfold, and operate it. On top of that, we also provide easy video tutorials, so you can follow along and master it in no time.

It’s simple, quick, and with just a little practice, you’ll be folding and unfolding your bike like a pro.

Can I test ride AEZOOM bicycles in Singapore?

Yes, you can! At our AEZOOM showroom in Singapore, we welcome customers to come down for a test ride experience. Our team will be happy to provide professional advice and guide you in choosing the bike that best suits your needs — whether it’s a trifold, bifold, hybrid, or kids’ bike.

Do I need to assemble the bike myself after delivery?

No, you don’t need to worry about self-assembly. Our technical team will fully assemble and quality-check your bike before dispatch, so it’s ready to ride upon arrival.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’ve purchased any add-on accessories in the same order (for example, a child seat), we’ll also install them for you before delivery. With AEZOOM, it’s a one-stop solution — your bike and accessories arrive ready to use.

What are my shipping and pickup options in Singapore?

You can choose:

Home Delivery: Bike delivered fully assembled to your doorstep.
Store Pickup: Collect directly from our showroom.

Both options are subject to stock availability. We ensure a smooth and convenient process either way.

What happens if I’m not home to receive my bike?

We coordinate a delivery window in advance. Bikes are never left unattended — your bike is as important to us as it is to you.

Is cash and carry available?

Yes! You can purchase bikes and accessories directly at our AEZOOM showroom. (Address and hours same as above.)

Yes! Most AEZOOM foldable bikes comply with Land Transport Authority guidelines for MRTs and buses, making it easy to combine cycling with public transport.

Do you sell child seats for bikes?

Yes, we carry front and rear child seats suitable for children ages 1–9, as well as adult pannier seats. Accessories purchased together with the bike will be installed for free.

Can I order bike parts and accessories through AEZOOM?

Which countries does AEZOOM ship to?

We ship worldwide. You name it, we ship it!

How will my international order be shipped and tracked?

Servicing & Maintenance

Do you offer bike servicing and maintenance?

Yes! AEZOOM provides professional bike servicing to keep your bike in top condition, ensuring safety and smooth performance.

Can I bring in a bike that I didn’t purchase from AEZOOM for servicing?

Absolutely! Our technicians are skilled with all types of bicycles, not just those bought from AEZOOM.

How often should I service my bike?

We recommend a general check-up every 3–6 months. Regular servicing prevents issues from escalating, keeps components safe, and improves ride enjoyment.

What does your bike servicing package include, and how much does it cost?

We offer three tiers of servicing:

Tier 1 – Basic Package ($30): Safety check, brake tuning, drivetrain tune, chain lubrication, tyre pressure check, final bolt tightening.
Tier 2 – Detailed Package ($60): Tier 1 + upgraded lube, cable/fork/hinge lubrication, brake pad cleaning, pedal tightening, general wipe-down, test ride.
Tier 3 – Complete Package ($120): Tier 1 & 2 + headset service, linkage bolt service, carbon post treatment, hub bearing inspection, wheel alignment, full clean & polish, drivetrain chemical wash.
