REFUND POLICY

RETURN AND REFUND
In the event of mutual agreement on allowable return & refund, the following terms apply. 
  • Returns must be made in person to our Showroom.
  • All complementary items along will be required to be returned in initial condition & packaging along with the original receipt. 
  • Buyer shall ensure that the product returned is in the same condition as it was when received and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns.
  • Where the Seller agrees to accept the return of goods that are either damaged or not, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of carriage and will ensure that they are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The Seller will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged in any way. 
  • There may be a reduction of refund amount due to transportation charges, restocking fees, platform charges & admin fees, whichever applicable. 

 

EXCLUSIONS
For deposit, pre-order, flash sales, indent units, purchase with trade-in display, refurbished and used sets, strictly no refund allowed. 

We are unable to issue a refund if the cause is not within our control, not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, regulation changes, war, civil unrest, import or export restrictions.
