Every new bicycle purchased from our store comes with our exclusive Trade-In Assurance, providing our customers with a long-term opportunity to trade in their bicycle when they are ready for their next ride.

  • Adult Bikes: 10-Year Trade-In Assurance
  • Kids Bikes: 2-Year Trade-In Assurance

Trade-In Assurance is applicable in Singapore only.

We don’t just provide after-sales service and advice — we are committed to helping you keep your bicycle performing at its best and maintaining its condition over the years.

KEY TERMS

  • Applicable in Singapore only.
  • Applicable only to new bicycles purchased directly from our store.
  • Adult Bikes are covered for 10 years, while Kids Bikes are covered for 2 years, subject to the terms and conditions of the Trade-In Assurance.
  • Trade-In Assurance is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. Bicycles that have been privately resold or transferred to another owner are not eligible.
  • To remain eligible, the bicycle must have a service record with AEZOOM at least once every 12 months during the applicable Trade-In Assurance period.
  • Servicing must be carried out by AEZOOM. Servicing performed by other bicycle shops, service providers, or third parties will not be recognized as part of the service record for the Trade-In Assurance.
  • Significant modifications or upgrades are eligible only when they are performed by AEZOOM. Modifications performed by other shops or third parties may affect eligibility and/or the assessed trade-in value.
  • The final trade-in value is determined by AEZOOM at the time of trade-in and may take into consideration factors including the bicycle's age, condition, specifications, maintenance history, modifications, functionality, and other relevant factors.
  • Trade-In Assurance does not guarantee a fixed or minimum trade-in value. The actual trade-in value may vary depending on the bicycle's condition and other relevant factors at the time of assessment.
  • Defects, functional issues, damage, excessive wear and tear, poor maintenance, unauthorized modifications, missing components, or other conditions may affect the assessed trade-in value and/or eligibility.
  • Customers must provide the original purchase receipt and complete service records when requesting a trade-in.
  • Trade-in requests are subject to AEZOOM's assessment and approval.
  • We reserve the right to decline trade-in requests if the above terms and conditions are not met.

MAINTAINING YOUR BICYCLE'S TRADE-IN VALUE

For customers who wish to maintain their bicycle's condition and potential trade-in value, regular servicing, proper maintenance, and professional care are important.

To help maintain your bicycle over the years:

  • Have your bicycle serviced by AEZOOM at least once every 12 months during the applicable Trade-In Assurance period.
  • Have significant modifications or upgrades carried out by AEZOOM.
  • Keep your bicycle properly maintained and in good condition.
  • Keep your original purchase receipt and service records.

Regular servicing and proper maintenance can help preserve your bicycle's condition and may help support its trade-in value.
