No worries, we’ve got you covered! Every bike comes with a clear step-by-step user guide to show you exactly how to fold, unfold, and operate it. On top of that, we also provide easy video tutorials, so you can follow along and master it in no time.

It’s simple, quick, and with just a little practice, you’ll be folding and unfolding your bike like a pro.

Can I test ride AEZOOM bicycles in Singapore?

Do I need to assemble the bike myself after delivery?

No, you don’t need to worry about self-assembly. Our technical team will fully assemble and quality-check your bike before dispatch, so it’s ready to ride upon arrival.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’ve purchased any add-on accessories in the same order (for example, a child seat), we’ll also install them for you before delivery. With AEZOOM, it’s a one-stop solution — your bike and accessories arrive ready to use.

What are my shipping and pickup options in Singapore?

What happens if I’m not home to receive my bike?

How often should I service my bike?

We recommend a general check-up every 3–6 months. Regular servicing prevents issues from escalating, keeps components safe, and improves ride enjoyment.

What does your bike servicing package include, and how much does it cost?

We offer three tiers of servicing:

  • Tier 1 – Basic Package ($30): Safety check, brake tuning, drivetrain tune, chain lubrication, tyre pressure check, final bolt tightening.
  • Tier 2 – Detailed Package ($60): Tier 1 + upgraded lube, cable/fork/hinge lubrication, brake pad cleaning, pedal tightening, general wipe-down, test ride.
  • Tier 3 – Complete Package ($120): Tier 1 & 2 + headset service, linkage bolt service, carbon post treatment, hub bearing inspection, wheel alignment, full clean & polish, drivetrain chemical wash.
