Placement
Once you place an order, The order is sent automatically to AEZOOM's Operation Team.
AEZOOM ensures that your order is prepared, inspected and securely packed for export.
Our freight forwarders receives the package and handle the submission of export/import documents for customs clearance.
Aezoom handles communication with the freight forwarders and provide regular updates. Ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery throughout the process.
Delivery
Upon arrival, the freight forwarders transfer the parcel to a local delivery partner. The parcel will then be delivered to customer's doorsteps.
AEZOOM will offer after-sales service & support for any follow up needs.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and are subject to customs clearance, shipping conditions, and stock availability. Standard sea freight typically takes 4–6 weeks, but if you need your bike sooner, we can arrange air freight (additional fee), which usually arrives within approximately 2 weeks.
We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the journey.
