At AEZOOM, we uphold the highest standards of transparency. In contrast to short-term bicycle companies that may rely on verbal assurances or unclear policies, our warranty and trade-in terms are explicitly defined, unambiguous, and fully guaranteed.
WARRANTY POLICY (BEGASSO)
We are aware that many customers who want to enjoy Begasso bikes may feel confused due to the number of counterfeit products and OEM sellers in the market.
Our original Begasso bikes come with a standard 2-year warranty and an Authenticity Label on every unit.
We will not provide warranty or support for counterfeit Begasso bikes purchased outside of this site or without an official Authenticity Label. Please be cautious when purchasing online and always choose authorised channels to ensure you receive a genuine product with full warranty coverage.
WARRANTY COVERAGE

Subject to the following limitations, terms, and conditions, AEZOOM warrants the frameset, including the body frame, to be free from manufacturing defects for the original owner.

This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear items, including moving parts and consumables such as (but not limited to) tyres, tubes, chains, brake sets, gearwheels, and cables. These components are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions, and other factors.

Paintwork and aesthetic stickers are not covered under this warranty.

Cases of premature wear or defect will be taken into consideration when assessing any claim involving a wear item.

WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR

Bikes that present the BEGASSO Authenticity Label (QC Label) intact on the body frame.

Bikes purchased from this website (begasso.sg) or from e-commerce platforms under the AEZOOM (BEGASSO SG TEAM) ONLY.

Bikes purchased from unverified sources are strictly not eligible for warranty coverage.
WARRANTY MAY BECOME VOID IF

The bike has been modified, whether technically or non-technically, in a way that impairs its original specifications or intended purpose.

The bike has been used under abnormal conditions, in competitions, for commercial activities, or for purposes beyond its original design.

Damage occurs due to failure to follow the Owner’s Manual instructions.

Non-standard components have been used that do not meet the required technical and safety standards for cycling.

The bike is an ex-prototype, refurbished unit, or was purchased during clearance or promotional pricing.

Damage results from accidents, force majeure events, or natural disasters (e.g. flood, fire, earthquake).

When necessary, the defective part(s) and/or the bike may need to be sent to the AEZOOM showroom at the owner’s responsibility.
⚠️Important: An appointment or pre-contact with AEZOOM is required before bringing your bike to the showroom. Strictly no walk-ins are accepted.
All warranty claims are subject to the discretion and final decision of AEZOOM.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, the sole remedy under this warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with components of equal or greater value, at the sole discretion of AEZOOM.

This warranty is non-extendable from the original date of purchase.

In no event shall AEZOOM be responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, whether arising from contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other legal theory.

When a warranty case is accepted and processed, the removal, assembly, and tuning of any components or frames shall be borne by the owner.

Labour charges for part replacement or changeover are not covered under this warranty.

Any costs or inconvenience resulting from the loss of use of the bicycle or its components during the warranty process are not covered by AEZOOM.

Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to additional fees and restrictions. Warranty duration and details may vary by country.

In the event of any discrepancies, the English version of this warranty shall prevail.

At AEZOOM, we stand firmly behind the quality of every TAKACHIA bicycle ordered from our site. Our warranty is designed to give riders confidence, knowing that their bike is protected by a reliable service partner in Singapore, with support extended to customers worldwide.
WARRANTY COVERAGE

All other adult bikes:
3-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects on the main structure, which includes the main frame, non-suspension fork, and rear frame. -
Kids' bikes:
1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects on the main structure, which includes the main frame, non-suspension fork, and rear frame. -
Original equipment and aftermarket products:
Covered against defects in materials and workmanship, warranty durations vary by part.
Note: The warranty does not cover consumable items or accessories, even if packaged or sold with the product.
*Lifetime warranty applies only to bikes registered with TAKACHIA® through the official extended warranty registration process.
Not Covered:

Components that are intended to wear (e.g. brake pads, chains, cables, tyres, suspensions, hinges, bearings, drivetrain components, etc.)

Improper assembly or maintenance

Corrosion or cosmetic blemishes

Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Modification of the frame, fork, or components

Installation of incompatible or non-original components

Used under abnormal conditions, in competitions, or commercial activities

Labour charges related to part replacements

Non-proprietary parts (covered by the original manufacturer's warranty)

Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable taxes for international deliveries

At AEZOOM (Official BATTLE Dealer in Singapore), we are committed to providing our customers with genuine BATTLE bicycles backed by reliable warranty coverage.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
BATTLE bicycles are covered by a 2-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Subject to the following limitations, terms, and conditions, AEZOOM warrants the frameset, including the body frame, to be free from manufacturing defects for the original owner.
