RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. In the event a return or refund is agreed upon, we have outlined the terms below to ensure a clear, fair, and smooth process for both domestic and overseas customers.
DOMESTIC RETURNS (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
If you wish to return a product purchased in Singapore, returns can be made in person at our showroom within 7 days of receiving your purchase. This period allows you enough time to carefully inspect the product and ensure it meets your expectations.
All returned items must include all original complementary items, packaging, and the purchase receipt, and the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged during the return to prevent any damage.
Please note that if a returned item is damaged, improperly used, or inadequately packaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return. When the seller agrees to accept a return, the buyer may be responsible for any transportation or delivery costs, and the refunded amount may be reduced to account for restocking fees, platform charges, or administrative costs.
To make the process smooth, we encourage customers to contact our staff before returning items. This helps confirm the condition requirements, avoid misunderstandings, and ensures your refund is processed efficiently. Our goal is to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience for every customer.
OVERSEAS RETURNS (OUTSIDE SINGAPORE)
For customers ordering internationally, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to approval. Due to the nature of international shipping, all returned products must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit, as return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must include all original items, packaging, and the purchase receipt. Refunds may be reduced to cover shipping fees, customs duties, restocking fees, platform charges, and administrative costs. Please understand that the seller cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during international shipping, so proper packaging is essential.
This policy ensures that overseas customers have the opportunity to return items if necessary, while also protecting both the buyer and the seller from losses or disputes. We encourage overseas customers to contact our team first to get instructions and ensure a smooth return process.
Exclusions:
- Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for the following:
- Deposits, pre-orders, flash sales, and indent units
- Trade-in display purchases
- Refurbished or used sets
Refunds are also not available for situations beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Regulatory changes or import/export restrictions
- War, civil unrest, or other force majeure events

All refunds are subject to the seller’s approval and will be processed according to the policies above.
Any reduction in refund amounts for applicable fees will be communicated clearly to the customer.
